You can access the app through a smartphone, iPad and on a desktop. You can also use Android tablets that run a full Android operating system – tablets that utilize a light version of the Android OS are not compatible, i.e., Kindle Fires.

Although there are multiple ways to access Optigo Happy, inspections must be initiated within the mobile app. Inspections can then be edited on desktops afterward.

It is very important that an inspection is only being worked on within one device at a time. If an inspection is open in, for example, a smartphone and a desktop at the same time, there is a high risk of data saving over itself and erasing. Always make sure only one person on one device is working in an inspection template at a time.
