All Optigo Happy applications have autosave, so whether you're working on the inspection on your mobile device or desktop, the data will be saved and synced between devices.
Please note: If you have the inspection opened on two devices, edits to the inspection form on one device will overwrite the information on all other devices. Also, when multiple inspectors are working on the same inspection form, each inspector's edits will overwrite the other.
Considering these scenarios, we recommend only one inspector work on the inspection on one device at a time to avoid any work being overwritten.
If you are experiencing issues with syncing data between devices, please ensure that the inspection was synced in the Optigo mobile app before working on it in the online interface.
Check the app and website to see if the comments and photos are now visible across both platforms. If the issue persists, you may need to contact the Optigo Happy Service Desk at (447) 427-7926 for further assistance.
Overwriting Inspection Data
If an inspection is open in more than one place at the same time, it can cause a sync overwrite, which will revert the inspection to the most recent state. To avoid this, it's important that only one person makes edits to an inspection and then syncs the changes. If the inspection information was not synced to the system, the data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
