Can I share inspections with other inspectors?

Yes! Users can access multiple inspections and inspection data within their company's Optigo Happy account. Inspections are not saved based on individual accounts, but within your company as a whole. Any inspection you complete is viewable to anyone else within your company.

If you need to grant access to an external inspector outside your company, you'll need to request this through the support team. When requesting external access, provide: 1) The inspector's full name, 2) Their email address, 3) The specific folder or account they need access to, and 4) The duration of access needed. For example, temporary access might be granted to an external inspector for a specific folder for approximately one week.

Within your reports tab in Manage, you can also share either the URL or downloaded .pdf of any of the reports generated from your completed inspections.
