Freddie Mac users must request access to Optigo Happy via Keychain.

Step 1: Select the Application User requesting access to Optigo Happy
Step 2: Under Business Application select “Optigo Happy Multifamily Property Inspection Platform”
Step 3: Under Access Display Name select the appropriate user role. Note there is the “Load More” button if you don’t see your user role.
User Roles in Optigo Happy
Most inspectors will request a standard role. If you need additional access to Optigo Happy analytics data or admin rights, please add comments in the Business Justification field.
