I'm an Optigo Lender. I forgot my password and need help logging in.

If you forget your password, you can reset it in two ways:

  1. Click on the "I forgot my password" link on the login screen. This will send you an email to reset your password.

  2. In the classic experience, your system administrator can update your password on your behalf. Find your administrator here. If you are unable to log in to HappyCo's products or services due to an incorrect password, and you are not receiving the password reset email in your inbox or spam folder, you can also try accessing the program using the link https://manage.optigohappy.com/. This direct link should allow you to successfully access your account without any issues.

Please be sure that you have an account with HappyCo, and not just within our Help Desk! The login for the Help Desk is not tied with your login within Optigo Happy.

Troubleshooting Login Issues

If you are unable to log into your Optigo Happy account after resetting your password, try clearing the cache and cookies on your computer and accessing the account through the provided link: https://manage.optigohappy.com/. This may resolve the issue if the new password is not working as expected. If you continue to experience problems accessing your account, please reach out to the support team for further assistance.
