When you're attending an inspection remotely or coming back to your desk after an on-site inspection, you can complete the lease audit using the manage website. When typing in the address of your inspection in the "Inspections" tab, you will see both a "Sellers Inspection Template" and a Lease Audit" template for that address populate. Make sure to select the Lease Audit Template. 
Fill out each lease audit question. The template will automatically populate with the number of units you need to complete a lease audit for. Please only complete the lease audit on one device to avoid your work being overwritten.
