Camera Operator and the Qualified Lender Inspector can be the same person when using the Optigo Happy app. With the Optigo Happy App, the Lender is able to both fill out the inspection template, while also controlling the camera for other participants to watch.
If the Lender Inspector is not on site, the Camera Operator can be a property manager or another lender employee on-site. This individual would need to use the Live app, a separate app than the Optigo Happy app, to start the video feed to all other participants.
Can the Camera Operator and the Qualified Lender Inspector be the same person?
