If you forget your password, you can reset it in two ways:
Click on the "I forgot my password" link on the login screen. This will send you an email to reset your password.
In the classic experience, your system administrator can update your password on your behalf. Find your administrator here.
Please be sure that you have an account with HappyCo, and not just within our Help Desk! The login for the Help Desk is not tied with your login within Optigo Happy.
