I'm an Optigo Lender. What do I do if I cannot find my Inspection within HappyCo?

BEFORE YOU GET STARTED

Be sure that you have entered your inspection’s information into Freddie Mac’s system more than 24 hours before the day of the inspection. It takes overnight for the integration between Freddie Mac and HappyCo to populate your inspection information into HappyCo’s system.

If there is a loan number, and the inspection has been confirmed on the Freddie side for more than 24 hours, then there may be something happening within the integration to cause your inspection to not appear in HappyCo.

IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO FIND AN INSPECTION HAPPENING SAME DAY, AND THE ABOVE CRITERIA HAS BEEN MET:

You will need to submit a Support ticket to HappyCo, and the Support team will be able to create your inspection for you manually. This is only done as a last resort when an inspection has been entered into Freddie Mac correctly and still is not populating.

When submitting a ticket to Support, please be sure to forward to them the following information regarding your inspection that is applicable to your inspection so that we can create this for you as quickly as possible:

- If it is SBL, Conventional or Specialty:
- Loan Number:
- Property Name:
- Full Address:
- Unit Count:
- Loan Purpose (Refinance or Acquisition) 
- Region:
- Lender:
- Branch office:
- Seller number:


Once the inspection is completed, as with all manually created inspections, please be sure to download the report PDFs to upload to DMS as they will not sync automatically.
